A: Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed.


Q: Can I change my order details or address?
A: You can request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us at support@OurOrigins.Shop as soon as possible. After that window, your piece may already be in production, and we won’t be able to make any updates.


Q: Why does it take 2-3 weeks to handcraft my order?
A: Each piece is made to order. Some are fully handmade, while others involve a blend of handcrafting and machinery. As a small, family-run team, we don’t keep pre-made inventory—this timeline ensures we can prioritize quality, care, and cultural detail.
